When we talk about security, we think of physical presence, like security guards. However, professional security management is an art where we need to learn the intricacies of managing the security aspects of IT, the psychology of management, and the management of human resources. We at ICMS have formulated an industry-driven and international-standard diploma in security management that enhances the individual's management skills in security management to suit the present-day needs of the industry.
Through our well-structured syllabus and integrated physical and emotional learning infrastructure, the students will be able to acquire valuable skills and knowledge to face the working environment later. Placing the students for internships in established organisations will enable the students to gain sufficient on-the-job experience for their working lives later. We place the utmost emphasis on the choice of both government and private concerns for our students, as the knowledge gained during internships is priceless.
The simulation technique employed by us for investigation techniques allows the students to learn the ‘real’ investigation techniques that will enable them to be better at probing and enhance the decision-making process.
