What does the future of employment look like?

Work, like the rest of the world, fluctuates and changes with time. The term "future of employability" refers to a view of what businesses need to know about how work may change (due to digitalisation, digitisation and automation), as well as how workforces and workplaces should prepare and adapt to such changes.

Even before COVID-19 upended lives and livelihoods, the future of employment was transforming. However, the pandemic has accelerated three critical trends that will continue to affect people in the course of their regular jobs such as remote work, e-commerce and digitalisation (automation and AI).
