ICMS Policy on Data/Information Security
International College of Management and Sports (ICMS) respects and commits to your privacy. Your use of the ICMS website shall be taken to indicate your consent to our information gathering and use, and your acceptance of this PRIVACY POLICY. ICMS will only collect personal identifiable information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by the data subject depending on the nature of the dealing and transaction.
Data/Information gathered through ICMS data subject and their authorised representatives, from third parties, or from publicly available sources which may include (but is not limited to):

From data subjects registering details on the ICMS website for inquiries, from data subjects interacting with ICMS during open days, promotions, contests, tournaments, lucky draws, or special events and more. - Your browsing
For general web browsing although no personal data is revealed to ICMS, certain technical and statistical information would be made available via ICMS' third party internet service provider such as cookies, the IP address, the time, date and duration of the visit by the browser.
Use of the data/information gathered
Other than already described above, use of your data/information shall be to improve the ICMS website by tracking usage and developing customized content.
ICMS claims no responsibility for either the content or the privacy policy of other websites howsoever linked to the ICMS website, or third-party cookies originating from websites such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
The ICMS website implements sufficient security measures to protect against information loss, misuse, or alteration; however, we accept no responsibility for any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

This PRIVACY POLICY takes effect on 8 February 2021.
