   From data subjects registering details on the ICMS website for inquiries, from data subjects interacting with ICMS during open days, promotions, contests, tournaments, lucky draws, or special events and more.

   For general web browsing although no personal data is revealed to ICMS, certain technical and statistical information would be made available via ICMS' third party internet service provider such as cookies, the IP address, the time, date and duration of the visit by the browser.

 

Other than already described above, use of your data/information shall be to improve the ICMS website by tracking usage and developing customized content. 

 

ICMS claims no responsibility for either the content or the privacy policy of other websites howsoever linked to the ICMS website, or third-party cookies originating from websites such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
