Malaysian Skills Certificate level 3 Office Administration is a course to train students to handle basic office financial operations such as petty cash, bill collection and the preparation of basic financial reports. In addition to that, students are also trained on inventory management and office procurement as well as office documentation administration such as document preparation, registration, printing, binding and filing documents.
Students are also given exposure in supervising administrative staff involving internal training activities, staff evaluation, budget preparation and conducting departmental meetings. Finally, students will also be trained in the administration of front counter operations such as serving customers, communication training and management of incoming and outgoing goods and recording front counter activities.
