Professor Dr Mohad Anizu Mohd Nor

Professor Dr Mohad Anizu Mohd Nor is a professor at the Faculty of Sports Science and Recreation, University Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam, MALAYSIA. Former dean of the faculty from 2019 to 2023. Held the position of Director of Education Malaysia for the United Kingdom and Ireland in London from 2012 to 2015 and is currently a member of the National Professor Council. Other positions held are Chairman, Head of the Sports Studies, Malaysian Public Universities from 2021 to 2023; President of the Ohio University Alumni Association Malaysian Chapter since 2021; President of the Association of Malaysian Drone Industry Entrepreneurs and Movers (MyDRONE) since 2020; Chairman of the Sepaktakraw Athlete Education Committee, Development Bureau, Malaysian Sepaktakraw Federation (PSM) since 2022; Director of the University Community Transformation Centre, University Malaysia Kelantan. Completed Bachelor’s Degree at University of Malaya Kuala Lumpur from 1984 to 1987, Master’s Degree in Sports Science majoring in Physical Education at Ohio University, Ohio, USA from 1995 to 1997 and have completed PhD in Sports Science majoring in Sports Psychology at School of Medicine, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Medicine Campus in Kelantan. Currently holds the position of President of the Ohio University Alumni Association Malaysian Chapter. Throughout his career as an academician for 36 years, He managed to get research grants of RM2.8 million, and RM300,130.00 consultation works. Have published 130 articles in both local and international journals, and 101 proceedings. Also become an internal as well as external examiner to 97 postgraduates’ students, both master and PhD candidates.

Professor Dr. Sundarapandiyan

Formerly the Principal of Olympia College (Kuantan & Penang), he now serves as an External Academic Advisor to ICMS and a board member with international institutions. He holds an MBA, M.Sc. in Software Applications, and a Ph.D. in Management (HRM), along with certifications in SAP FICO, Microsoft E-Commerce, and modern pedagogy based on Bloom’s Taxonomy. Recognized for his dedication to student development and academic excellence, Dr. Natarajan has received numerous awards, including a Certificate of Commendation from the Prime Minister of Malaysia and the Aram Best Teacher Award 2024. Professor Dr. Sanmugam Annamalah

Over the years, he has made significant contributions to both academia and industry, with a strong record of research publications, postgraduate supervision, and executive training programs. His research and professional activities span management practices and higher education. Professor Dr. Chong Mei Chan

Professor Chong Mei Chan, PhD, is an accomplished nursing academic and leader with over 20 years of expertise in gerontology, maternal-child health, and e-learning innovations. Currently a Professor at the University of Malaya (UM), she holds a BSc in Nursing (UM, 1995), MSc in Community Health (UPM, 2005), and PhD in Nursing (Monash University, 2014). Her research addresses critical public health issues, including Time banking for community-dwelling older adults, Chronic disease management, and nursing education adaptations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Beyond academia, she actively engages in community health promotion and has established international collaborations with institutions in Australia, China, Taiwan, Jordan, Iran, UAE, UK, Japan, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.

As Head of UM’s Nursing Department (2018–2023), Prof. Chong led transformative initiatives that elevated the program into the QS World Rankings (150–200) and achieved top departmental status in research publications for two consecutive years. Her leadership extends to national policy, having served on the Malaysian Nursing Board, Nursing Council for Higher Education, and the Health White Paper Advisory Council (2022–2023). She also co-authored Malaysia’s strategic roadmap for health workforce development as a member of the Ministry of Health’s Strategic Engagement Group on Health Workforce and Governance.

An internationally recognized scholar, Prof. Chong has published 100+ papers (70+ in WoS/ISI journals), authored 6 textbooks, and supervised 66+ postgraduate candidates (40 PhDs graduated). Dr. Saraswathy Shamini Gunasekaran is an Associate Professor whose work bridges artificial intelligence, energy informatics, and sustainable digital transformation. Prior to joining Taylor’s University, Dr. Shamini served as the Director of the Institute of Informatics and Computing in Energy (IICE) at Universiti Tenaga Nasional, where she led strategic initiatives integrating AI, IoT, smart-grid systems, and renewable energy technologies. Dr.Subramaniam is an experienced environment health and safety (EHS) consultant. Prior to that, he was a Professor and a former Head, Environmental Health and Safety Department in UiTM and MAHSA University. He has contributed 35 years in government service as well as in academia both at public and private institutions of higher learning. He has also worked in the industrial sector for 20 years and had been involved in training and consultancy sector for the past 15 years. Between 2006 to 2016, he has completed many research projects along with 4 grants from FRGS in UiTM. He was also an EHS consultant for 11 studies conducted with private sector grants. These projects involved projects in knowledge transfer, EIA studies along with OSH and Industrial Hygiene assessments. He has also published various journal articles related to environmental health and is a member of various elite organizations in Malaysia and overseas.

He has also published in various conferences and seminars in Malaysia and overseas (Australia, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Pakistan and Thailand). He had coordinated ecological study expedition to Royal Belum Perak, and Endau Rompin Pahang from 2011 to 2012. He also coordinated for UiTM the Tree Planting at Raja Musa Forest Reserve with GEC and Tree for Life programs. Currently, he teaches the graduate and post-graduate programs in UiTM, UPM, UM and OUM. He is also a trainer for HRDF, NIOSH, Uitmtech, MAEH, MIHA, ENSEARCH and MSWME (among many others).

Dr. Norah Md Noor

Dr. Peya Mushelenga

Dr Peya Mushelenga was born and grew up at Oshigambo, northern Namibia, in Oshikoto Region. He served as a Member of Parliament from March 2005 to March 2025 and further served as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, later International Relations and Cooperation, from March 2010 to February 2018; Minister of Urban and Rural Development, from February 2018 to March 2020; Minister of Information and Communication Technology, from March 2020 to February 2024; and Minister of International Relations and Cooperation from 09 February 2024 to 20 March 2025.

Academically, Dr Mushelenga has completed 15 university degrees, including five Masters and two PhDs. During his tenure as Minister, he taught pro-bono (without payment) the following courses at post-graduate level: (i) Comparative Foreign Policy at the University of Namibia: (ii) Development Economics, (iii) Corporate Governance and Business Ethics at the Great Zimbabwe University. He is currently involved in academic consultancies with tertiary institutions. He further serves as Chancellor of the River Higher Institute of Technology. Dr Mushelenga has published widely in international peer reviewed journals and he has reviewed journal articles.

Dr Mushelenga has travelled to over 70 countries in the world and has attended and addressed numerous international conferences including sessions of the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council.

Dr. Mudiarasan Kuppusamy
