ICMS is proud to announce the formalisation of a strategic trilateral partnership with Xiamen Uulian Information Technology Co., Ltd. and MODUS AI Associates through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This collaboration marks a significant step in strengthening transnational TVET cooperation between Malaysia and China, with ICMS as the academic anchor institution.
The partnership is built on a shared commitment to develop future-ready talent through industry-aligned education, applied TVET training, hands-on industry immersion, and cross-border mobility. A key component of this collaboration is the integration of high-impact industry training frameworks and course content from the itcast.cn ecosystem, known for its strong focus on job-ready technical skills and industry relevance.
